The book has been uploaded to amazon. Just finalising the cover and it will go live this week. Incidentally today marks 100 weeks (700 days) of absolutely no alcohol for me!!!!

An interesting link and discussion  The exciting work of designing the cover has begun!
I got this idea whilst out walking on the beach this morning, after all a line in the sand means absolutely no turning back! Any feedback most appreciated, the fonts will change of course, they are just there to balance the picture.  A windy day on the south coast and this bird is always happy to feel free.  Same day, same piece of coastline. This person also feels free but is stupidly imagining he is also a bird. Any moment a bird will show him he is not by dropping something on his head. Unfortunately the photographer fell over in hysterics at this point
The book is in final edit and should be ready for launch in two weeks time! Just working on the cover with the team now!
A lovely autumn early morning walk before I write another chapter or two of the book. Being English it wouldn't look right if I wasn't carrying an umbrella!
